Jack Ma’s N197.7m Grant: Three Young Nigerians Named As Beneficiaries

IKENNA Nzewi, Chidi Nwaogu and Oghenetega Iortim have been named as Beneficiaries of the Jack Ma’s NN197.7m funding for start-ups across Africa to solve major challenges in their different countries.

The three young Nigerians are among the 10 finalists of the 2021 Africa’s Business Heroes winners, funded by the Chinese billionaire, from about 12,000 applicants, out of which Nzewi came 2nd.

For their efforts, the Nigerian trio will be smiling home with $480,000, about N197.7m, to scale up their Businesses, including Ikenna Nzewi’s Releaf, which receive $250,000, having came second out of 10 finalists.

Chidi Nwaogu, a co-founder of Publiseer and Oghenetega Iortim the founder of Gricd, will both get $100,000 each
