*Demand Immediate Ransom Payment
Abductors of 136 students of the Tegina, Niger state-based Islamic school, have sent a heart breaking message to management of the school. According to reports, the abductors called to give notice of the death of six of the kidnapped children.
Headteacher, Abubakar Garba Alhassan, who made the disclosure, said the abductors also demanded for the payment of the imposed ransom.
The six children, who were among the 136 abducted by motor bike-riding gang of bandits in May, reportedly died of undisclosed sickness.
A parent, Abubakar Adamu, has seven of children in the gang’s den.
