Ravishingly popular American fashion mogul and reality TV icon, Kim Kardashian, has been speaking about his marriage to and divorce from her ex but equally global icon, Kanye West. Kardashian who seems to be overwhelmed with emotions arising from the failed union, a third in the series, says she feels like a failure.
“I feel like a failure, that it’s a third marriage. Yeah, I feel like a loser. But I can’t even think about that. I want to be happy.”
Kim, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians, got married to Kanye about seven years ago. Until they announced the break up early February 2021, both have four adorable kids between them. She’s been talking about her relationship with Kanye West, particularly in the penultimate edition, where she revealed the reason why and how the union hit the rocks.
Kim, who describes Kanye as “an amazing dad” added however, that he moves around a lot, something she can’t cope with. As far as she is concerned, her ex husband deserves someone who can be with him whereever he goes.
“Why am I still in this place where I’m stuck for years? He goes and moves to a different state every year. I have to be, like, together so I can raise the kids. I think he deserves someone that can go support his every move and go follow him all over the place and move to Wyoming,” she says to her siblings.
In what is seen as a rare emotional moment, Kim broke down in tears in the episode which follows the family on a trip to Lake Tahoe. It was in reaction to the unravelling of her marriage.
“I can’t do that. He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels with him and does everything, and I can’t,” she said adding,
“There’s no fighting. Now it’s all calm, so I just roll with it. I just honestly can’t do this anymore,” she wailed when asked about how her marriage is doing.
Kim was previously married to music producer, Damon Thomas, between 2000 and 2004 after which she took the vow with former NBA player, Kris Humphries between 2011 to 2013, a union which she ended just after 72 days. Her wedding to Kanye was solemnised in Florence in 2014.
